Slow Flow Yoga ( In person and Virtual)

Slow Flow/Vinyasa - using a slower pace to match breath to pose while holding postures for 3-5 breathes so student can feel the pose within the body. Allows the student to come to a more leisure pace so they can refine their practice and alignment while being able to explore deeper sensations
